I'm having problems getting my new HTC Trophey Windows Phone 7 Phone to pair with my Ford car that has the SYNC system. One of the suggestions made to me was to go into the Bluetooth menu but I can't seem to figure out how to do this on this phone. I go to Settings | Bluetooth and the only option I see is to turn on or off Bluetooth. Does anyone know how to do this?
As far as I know that's the only Bluetooth setting on the phone. One thing I noticed when I paired my Trophy with my GMC Terrain's Infotainment system was that it took like 30 or 45 seconds to pair up. I remember going through the process the first time and then quiting it because I was getting impatient. Maybe try to give it a minute or two when going through the pairing process?
Thank you for the information and suggestion. I will definitely try to be patient and let it go for bit to see if the phone and my SYNC system will find each other.
