Hi,
I signed up for Visual Voice Mail since it advertised an option to archive messages. Now that I've done that, I cannot find the option to archive/save/copy/etc voice mails in the Visual Voice Mail application on my phone. I've tried every button, held down ever UI option, etc. I have a storage card added to my phone, in case that is required.
The content on Verizon website did not resolve the issue. Any ideas what I'm missing?
Thanks
Looks like an oversight in either MS or VZW in archiving voice mails. Give support a call and see what they tell you.
