How to complete my phone transfer?? help please!

so i was switching from one phone to the next i got half way done then it says to finish by calling 228 and when i tried to do that it just said "verizon wireless" then beeped like a busy line. if i go to try and switch my phone again it says it was already switched. now i cannot make any calls r texts off of either one of my devices.. so what do i do now!? help please!

Was the old phone off when you tried to change to the new device???
Best bet, call 800-922-0204 and choose option 3 for tech support

You need to dial *228, not just 228. Then choose option 1.
