How to get and use backup assistant on my LG VX8360?

Not apparent to me how I can download the backup assistant (or anything else) to my dumb phone LG VX8360. I need to swap it out for another identical phone, and I want to transfer the contact list.  Thanks for any help!

Notajedi,  I remember the LG VX 8360, one of the great basic phones of it's time.   I can see why you are still using this phone.
