How to import Mac Contacts into my new Trophy

I have searched and searched but can't find a way to import my mac contact from my mac to my trophy,

Yes I have the Windows 7 Phone Connector software for mac but thats just for syncing music, photos. videos, etc. No contacts.

I even have outlook for the mac and did an export contacts but it only does .olm file which can not be imported into windows live mail.

Any suggestions?
