I CANNOT ACCESS MY RINGBACK TONE MANAGER

I am unable to access through VZW, my "manage ringback tone" feature. Can anyone help?

What happens when you log in and go to Manage Ringback tones? Is there an error message? Have you been able to access the manager in the past, and now can't?
Are you logging in with your phone number? Each line, even on a shared account, can (and should) have its own MyVerizon login. From there you can manage your apps and ringtones, and ringback tones for your line.
