I should be getting my fourth, yes FOURTH 928 tomorrow due to freezing issues, hardware crashes, you name it. On my current 928 I have tried hard resetting 8 times now and it will not even go past the "Welcome to you Windows Phone." screen because it is completely locked up. I am active duty military and this is completely unacceptable, I need to be able to get in touch with 24/7. What are the chances of me getting a different phone all together if this fourth one does not work?
Not sure what active military has to do with the phone....but under the warranty it will be replaced with the exact same phone. Sorry youre having the issues. You do have the option of purchasing a different phone at full retail or from a third party such as ebay craigslist or swappa.com
