I cannot get backup assistant to work on my Cosmos 2. It keeps saying that I entered an invalid pin (but I've been entering the pin that it tells me to enter). I'm in the process of transferring phones.

I cannot get backup assistant to work on my Cosmos 2. It keeps saying that I entered an invalid pin (but I've been entering the pin that it tells me to enter). I'm in the process of transferring phones.

Sorry to hear about the trouble with the PIN! Let's get you past that so you can complete the transfer process. Are you receiving that PIN by pressing the # key as outlined here: http://vz.to/1zINyY8 . Is this the initial backup on the old device?
