Not being able to hear others when on a call is not alright. The main reason for having a cellphone is being able to talk to others and we want you to be able to enjoy this. I would like to ask a few questions so we can get to the bottom of this call quality issue. When did this issue begin? What make/model device do you have? Are the others on the other end able to hear you fine?
