I had my Verizon/Samsung flip phone stolen.
What recourse do I have?

If you have insurance (Asurion) you can use that to replace it, for the cost of the deductible.
If you do not have insurance, you can borrow a Verizon phone from a friend, you can purchase a used phone from swappa.com, ebay, etc, or purchase a new phone from Verizon under contract, or outright for the full price, or use the EDGE payment plan to spread the cost over time.
