I have a LG Comos Touch phone and I’m set up for use in Mexico but can’t send or recieve calls. Get “Unavailable Service” message.

I have a LG Cosmos Touch phone. My wife and I signed up for service while in Mexico but I can’t get connected…get Message “No Service Available”. My wife has an i pnone 6 and has no problem connecting.

You would need a phone that can also access the GSM network types used in Mexico now, like the newer iPhones/Androids or world phones.

Traveling internationally is such a wonderful experience, ktil. I checked on your device the LG Cosmos Touch and it is not world capable. Your device can only be used in the United States. Now the iPhone is an international device. That is why your wifes phone is working and yours is not. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
