Along with what Tidbits has stated, there are som apps which cannot be deleted or even disabled(and hidden) as you can do on an android device. The best you would be able to do is place them all in a folder together and ignore them.
Define clear? You can move them tap and hold until icons start jiggling. From there hold what you want to move. If you place them over another icon it'll make a folder which you can put more icons in.
