I have a samsung convoy, and recently the incoming ear volume became very low. How can I fix it?

Let's bring that volume back to normal Tony. When did this issue start? Is there any physical/water damage to the device? What model is it (Convoy, Convoy 2, or Convoy 3)? Have you contacted our tech support team at 800-922-0204 for assistance? If you have, what troubleshooting steps have you done, I don't want to ask you to do the same things.
