My contract with virezon finished last July, but apparently, they are still charging me for my phone.
I dont use the phone anymore, and I dont even live in the US anymore. How can I have a new contract without signing and accepting anything? Why do I have to pay if I am not using the phone?

When the contract ends, the service doesn't cancel itself. The service switches automatically to a month to month contract. You needed to physically go to a store or call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 or *611 to cancel the account.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Just because the contract ended doesn't mean the service did, all carriers work like that when you sign a 2yr contract. How did you not see your bill every month to know your service was still active? Mary
