I left my phone in my pants pocket and it went through the wash. I've had it sitting in rice for the past 24 hours, and all the condensation seems to have evaporated, but so far it crashes when I try to make a call or send a text. Any suggestions? Or is it beyond all hope?
Put it back in the rice for another 24 hours and try again?

I am sorry to hear this has happened to your device? It is always unfortunate when these things happen. We would love to explore available options. Do you have insurance on your device or are you upgrade eligible? We also have programs that may help if the device is still not working http://vz.to/ZILXBT and http://vz.to/16vfYHl. We hope it dries out but if not we definitely have other options.
