Last night I allowed the update, which I later read was for the firmware update to software version 1028.3566.1417.0047. I went to turn my phone on (wake it up) and there was an icon on the screen for battery dead. I thought, Hmmm, I had charge, but then placed it on the charger for the night. Later, I returned to try again.
The icon was still there after hours on the wireless charger. I then plugged it into the usb wall charger that came with it for the entire night. This morning..... same story. My phone will not turn on.
I am wondering if others are experiencing this, and what you are doing to remedy the situation. Are you warranty replacing your phone, or is there another way to get the phone back "UP"?
WTFreak...??? My phone is now "UP". Hmmmm. I was just about to hard reset it; then along came polly. I am back in business. Not real happy, but happy. I hope this doesn't happen again.
