The Amber/GDR2 update worked flawlessly on my 822, and I'm very happy with several of the new features. However, I just read on WPCentral of another proud 822 owner no longer being able to use Internet Sharing. I can't either! When I try to enable IS, I get "Connection not shared. Internet sharing isn't currently available". Is anyone else seeing this? Did Verizon disable this feature? If they did, that really sucks.
Power cycled phone and it's working now.
Correction. It worked once, but now it's not working again. I also have a co-working with a 928 and his isn't working either after the update.
I received that message when I first got my phone and that was before the Amber update. I noticed that if I have my Wi-Fi turned on I can't connect make sure your Wi-Fi is turned off.
