Internet access

I was at a ballgame in Oakland and could not access Internet. I tried WiFi but all available networks were secure and I did not have a password. How can I get Internet without wifi?

Re: Internet access

Did you have your mobile network turn on for a cellular data connection?

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Customer Support

Hi oaklandvale. I hope you were still able to enjoy the ballgame without your internet access. What stadium or park in Oakland were you at that was giving you data trouble? Were you only having trouble with websites or any applications that needed data too? Any errors? Sometimes it may be difficult to get strong signal during a major sporting event because of how many fantastic customers are trying to use the service at the same time. If you are trying to connect to a secured WiFi network but don't have a password, turning off your WiFi may help to lessen the mobile data interference. Making sure Cellular Data is turned on is a pretty good idea too.
