Iphone5 will not call out or receive in coming calls. Text and data work fine. Was working. Went to canada noted it was not working. Returned to US and still not working.

Local VZW store replaced SIM chip
Called VZW this morning passed case to engineering said would call me back on my work phone today with status. No one called back
