***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Is the Samsung Ativ Odyssey going to get Windows Phone 8.1?

Now that all of the other Windows Phones on Verizon have 8.1.1 what are the chances for those of us using the Ativ Odyssey getting it?

I haven't seen a single useful detail regarding that...most users have given up, others feel it's just really lagging in the process.

Another example of Verizon not putting the customer first, I don't believe they have any plan to update the Odyssey.

Unless some miracle update comes near the end of the year, you might be right.  Im not sure the Odyssey is capable of Win10, and considering its age already.... Smiley Sad

join the developer preview, you will bypass Verizon and get it right from Microsoft.  Only if your phone is compatible
