Is there a remote desktop app ?

I had an app on my old android phone that let me connect to my desktop computer. It was called "phonemypc". Does anyone know if there is a similar app for windows phone ?

There are several; PC Remote, RemoteDesktop, I use Teamviewer it is great and has the highest ratings.
