Is there a setting in the LG Cosmos phone that I can set to automatically update my on screen balance and payment date?

I have an LG Cosmos basic phone and I can't seem to get it to update the "on screen" balance or the payment date.

Any suggestions on how to do this?

Options that work for us make our experience better. The option that you are about doesn't  exist on this phone. The best you could do is set the calendar on the device. Thanks for reaching out to us.
