Is there a way to block all incoming text ?

I don't pay for texting and don't want to recieve any texts but can't find any way to block them

You can block ALL(in and out) on My Verizon if you're the account manager/owner. Go to manage service blocks.

You can call the VZW customer service and ask them to block all texting. I did it – at no cost.
