I have tried several times to run the update that it says the phone has. But it says server unavailable. Can anyone please help me out with this? The phone is still working properly.

I have further researched this update and am able to confirm that the update hasn't pushed to all devices just yet. The software update is released in stages. I recommend checking for the update every couple of days. However, if your device still doesn't show the update within the next couple of weeks, please let us know.
