my wife's LG Cosmos 3  suddenly stopped getting service at a particular location.  Is anyone aware of a possible reason and/or fix?  Thanks!

You might try updating the Preferred Roaming List, i.e., dial *228, then option 2.

Having good signal everywhere you need it is the name of the game. We want to make sure that your wife has good reception everywhere she needs it. We're on the case.  When did this begin? What zip code is it happening in? Are all services affected or is it only specific features such as text, data, or voice? Please let us know more so we can better assist.
