When I make a call with this phone the person on the other line can't hear me and I can't hear them. Any ideas how to fix this? I have even tried a different battery and it still won't work. Thank you for your help
Sounds like the mute is turned on.
You should be heard, lorriel! Lets try to figure this out. Is the device in a case? Can you hear the person on the other end? Is there any physical or liquid damage? Share the additional details so that I can assist.

The device is not in a case. I cannot hear the person on the other end. We have put a different battery in and it still doesn't work. It can still be used to text though. There is no damage to the phone. Thanks!
