Hello,
I just bought and activated a new basic phone on my existing plan.
However, I tried to transfer some contacts with a .csv file, but I am unable to do so.
First of all, the Backup Assistant is not installed, and I don't see any way of installing it.
In my "Media Center" folder, there are only three items:
1. Music
2. Ringtones
3. Notification sounds
How do I get the app on this phone?
Secondly, the Cloud in the "Verizon Apps" is not working.
I get a "Verizon Cloud has encountered an error. Please close application and try again (code:10020)".
What is wrong with this phone?
It is very frustrating to get a crippled phone like this.

The recommended way to backup your device would be with the Verizon cloud. If restarting the device and making sure the software is up to date does now allow you to use the cloud, then we recommend contacting us over Facebook, Twitter, or on the phone to troubleshoot your cloud services.

Somehow, I skipped over the startup wizard that allowed me to connect to the cloud.
I had to reset the phone back to factory defaults, and this allowed me to get into the cloud.
