My dad says his LG Exalt does not display all 10 digits of incoming calls. Only displays zip, prefix & 1st number of last 4.

I am so sorry to hear that the numbers are not displaying as they should. Lets investigate. Does this happen on every call? When he receives a text message do they come through as the correct number? How long has he been having this issue? Have your father power cycle his device (On/off) and then test.
