Can not delete messages...dropped calls....this has been going on since I got the in April...Verizon will not do anything about it. Tells me to try several things...nothing works, and they want to replace the phones with refurbished ones...WHY??? When everyone else has the same problems...can't wait till my contract is up so I can change carriers...If anything happens to my family who uses these phones in case of emergency, I will hold Verizon accountable...this has been ongoing...no help...
