Battery won't fully charge. Discharges in 2 days without any use. Help?
i'm guessing you've had it for more than a year? that rechargeable battery wears down. even with no use, i think 2 days is about all it will last (it still uses battery from the radio looking for signals). this just happened to my son's octane. i got him a new battery on amazon (or maybe ebay?) for $7 and it's fine.
Only six months old. Will probably go to the Verizon store and see what response I get
Call Verizon, save yourself the trip to the store. If you purchased the phone new(or CPO) from an authorized dealer(or direct) it is still under warranty and will be replaced for free.
