LG Revere Mobile Email

I have the basic LG Revere.  In the Menu it has a link for Mobil Email.   Does anyone know if this can be added and how much a month it would be?

I appreciate your interest in our Mobile Email service! If you, currently have a data plan active, Mobile Email is included. If not, Mobile Email is $5 a month.
