I have been suffering with problems with my LG Revere. I have lots of dropped calls which I blame on limited reception due to a large hill just East of my home. But I also have people tell me that I am breaking up or that they can't hear me. I limit my conversations, but I don't want to.
Should I upgrade my phone from the basic model that I have--- if that will get me better service?
How can I tell if it is just my individual handset or all Revere models that have this problem?
I only use the direct microphone, not speaker phone or Bluetooth.
thx

Do calls drop if you are NOT at your home, but in another location (say, in town or at a friend's home?) It may not be the phone, but the location. Try making calls from other locations and see if the results are the same.
You can also try dialing *228 option 1 to reset your network connection and update your roaming info - that may improve your connectivity.
