I am locked out of my HTC 8X Windows Phone 8 and my phone won't let me conduct a hard reset. What can I do?

Hello Shanise16, let's get to the bottom of this together! Here are steps to perform an alternate hard reset: http://vz.to/1qL7qSb You will need to make sure it is timed correctly for the phone to take the alternate reset. Keep us posted!
