Hello.

I am looking for a complete list of phones (old and new) that DO NOT require a data plan.  The fees are killing me and I just want basic phone and text service.

I don't think any of the basic phones require a data plan now. The times I've read about problems activating online without adding the $10 plan, a call to customer service got it removed.

Any phone not running iOS, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone or Windows Mobile is a basic phone.
