I have a LUMIA928, in China can not use China Unicom's 4G network, is not the frequency band is locked in the BAND13, can you unlock it?

Great question. Please enable Global mode on your device. We do not lock the frequency in the device, but enabling Global Mode will ensure all available frequencies are being picked up.

Tthe 928 for Verizon is able to use LTE bands 4 and 13. Unicom has available 41 which can also be used by phones using 38.
