Two years ago, Windows Phone 7 was launched on my birthday, 10/21. Today, rumor has it WP8 will hit ATT on my birthday. I'm doubtful, but hey, a guy can still hope, that Verizon could duplicate this feat?

Come on Verizon!!! Where is the Lumia 920??? Why is it going to ATT??? I don't want to leave Verizon, but may have to take my business and my family's business over to AT&T so I can purchase a high end windows 8 phone. So far I heard that big red will only be offering low to mid range windows 8 phones. WHY??????????????????????? I have been waiting for you to come out with a high end windows phone since wp7 came out. I even purchased a trophy so I could use wp7 until you started offering better wp phones. What gives? Help me out here Verizon.

The FACT is that Verizon has not announced ANYTHING officially, so you have not heard anything official saying that they would only be supporting low to mid-range WP8 phones. Give it time and relax. They said they would be backing the platform, they even said, "We made Android what it is and we can do the same with Microsoft's platform." Give it time. At this point NO ONE has announced a launch date OR a model.
