OK. Lumia 928. Piece of S. Get that. Wifi has stopped working everywhere, USB connection to the PC is no longer working either. It powers, but won't read it. I tried updating the drivers, no good. I reinstalled my Op System (8.1), same luck. I reinstalled the Op Sys on the phone... really!? I've also made sure I reinstalled the Windows phone app and Media Player software. Nothing working and I lost a boatload of data of course. I don't really know what to do. Any suggestions? Or should I take this thing where it deserves to be (trash can.. wood chipper.. Mordor..)?

We want to restore the love between you and your device! Thanks for your hard work in an effort to resolve the issues that your device is experiencing. When did both issues start? Have you tried a different USB cord? Do you receive a specific error message when connecting the device to the computer. What exactly stopped working with the Wifi?

Well, I installed some updates and replaced my usb hub. That seems to have done the trick with the computer connectivity issue. It's working fine now. As far as wifi goes, it's been a few weeks now since I noticed that it was never connecting. When I go to settings and attempt to connect to any wifi network, open or secure, anywhere, it simply says "Your phone can't connect to the Wi-Fi network ____". That's it. It offers no other explanation. I don't have it on airplane mode and the wifi is turned on.

Glad to hear that your USB is working properly again! Lets get your Wifi fixed. Has there been any liquid or physical damage to the device? What is the current software version on the device?
