How do I set the rings on my windows ATIV se smartphone. When it is called, it does not ring and goes directly to voicemail?

Let's get your phone ringing normally when you get calls, Lucerne30. It sounds like Call Forward may be active. Please try dialing *73 [send]. You'll hear a confirmation beep and then call will end. When completed, please test and confirm phone is ringing normally.
