Anyone else think the new My Verizon App update is a joke? The UI looks like it came from a basic phone and lacks features that the previous one included like checking other lines on the account. It also isn't that accurate in reporting usage because it shows i'm way over my allotment but i'm not even close to that number. My advice don't update

I updated, but all I get is a "error, unable to process your request at this time, please try later or dial *611 for assistance." Uninstalled about 8 hours ago, reinstalled just now, still saying the same thing.

As far as I can tell, the app only works over 3G, not Wi-Fi.

makes sense. just disabled wi-fi and it worked fine after getting dial *866 for information with wi-fi turned on.
