I recently downloaded the 2015 nfl mobile update and I have the more everything plan with verizon and that gives me live video access to nfl network and live games but when I attempted to access this it said my plan didn't cover it but the more everything
has anyone else had that problem too with their 2015 nfl mobile app and if so what do you do to get the live access? Thank you

As a football fan myself, I know how important it is to get all your games in one convenient place, Ericjhurley. The Preseason NFL Mobile access is different thatn Regular Season or Postseason access. Preseason includes only national games on FOX, ESPN, NBC, CBS and NFL Network. Blackout restrictions may apply to live Preseason games on NFL Network. The $99.99 option mentioned earlier is the NFL Game Pass subscription through the app or through NFL.com that is not a part of the included NFL Mobile benefits and does offer games on demand along with other benefits. yes it is my first time using on this phone windows phone it is a replacement phone
it is a windows phone lumia mokia 928 and I am able to access other features yes but how do I get to access live video content? I have attempted to re install it several times and still the same problem and I have the more everything plan so I should get live access but it says my current plan does not cover it
NFL Mobile makes football season more enjoyable, FranT73. Let's keep digging into this. Are you able to play other videos, such as YouTube, on the device? Do you have any issues with data connectivity?

I also have the same problem. I have the more everything plan, and last season I could watch all games live. Now with updated app it says I need to subscribe. Some games seem to work but not all. Not sure why. Any ideas?
Ericjhurley, let's get your NFL mobile app up and running. I use the NFL mobile app alot and can not miss a game. Let's get this taken care of for you. Are you using wifi or mobile data? Have you uninstall the app and reinstall the app?

Yes I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I've tried on both wifi and data. I only get to watch select games. I cannot "replay" any game. It says I need to subscribe to game pass for $99.99. But I'm supposed to have all this for free.
I watched live games last season & I also have the More Everything Plan, w/zero problems. I've tried uninstall/reinstall when I click on watch live game I get a screen that says to pay $99.99. There are no other choices. I don't even have the $5/month option. This is making me crazy!

I was wondering if you could help me too. I'm unable to access the app (it keeps crashing) bit prior to that I was also seeing the $99.99 option.
I'm having the same problem. Before the update last year I was able to get most of the games because I had the everything plan. Now it says because of my location I cannot access the games. I haven't changed my location so I should get the games. Is it all a money making thing. Charge more and get less!
No, it is actually something technical with your phone and the app. If you actually want yo work it out.
I am having the same problem with the Samsung note 4 had no problems last year. But this year not giving me my local broadcasts. Like right now on cable lcoal channels I can watch the saints and bucs game but app says based on location on I do not have access to this game so hope Verizon gets this worked out
Having access to all the local games is important, Waimon. Let's get to the bottom of this. What happens when you try to access a local game in the app? Are you receiving any error messages?

Let's look further into this and get this resolved. I know Football season is an exciting time. Are you attempting to watch live local games? Are you connected to wifi? If so, try turning wifi off and turn on your location settings. Then try removing/re-installing the NFL application and if it's preinstalled clear the application cache/data, update if needed and test. I can't get the app to work at all. I have installed the updates, then uninstalled completely, reinstalled, cleared the cache, basically everything i can think of. Once it opened and I was able to watch one preseason game for about 5 minutes, then it had an error and closed automatically. Since that time I again tried to uninstall and reinstall and cannot get the app to open. It goes to the splash screen like it is trying to open then stops and goes back to homescreen. Last week there were updates almost every day, and since then none. This is making me crazy, I previously loved this app and used it alot. Samsung s5, never messed with OS and is up to date.
I am having this same problem. I have used the App in the past to watch games even last week but it is now telling me I have to subscribe for $99.99 to watch any game.
I called customer service. They said pre season only get to watch nfl network. But I think they are wrong. I was on the phone for 1 and a half hours. Let me know if you get a different answer.
