I have locked my phone on start up and forgot the password. How can i find out my password or get into my phone? Thanks - Kasey

Oh no! Lets see what we can do, DJ_Kasey! Did you try the last four numbers of your mobile number or 0000. If that does not work, you may take the device into a local store to have it flashed. Visit vzw.com/storelocator to find a store near you that can help.
