New to Verizon Prepaid. Signed up and loaded my phone with $35 card on a $35 plan. Can send texts out, but no texts sent are being delivered. Have tried from Google Voice and two other phones. Phone setting is not set to block incoming messages. The phone IS getting incoming texts from Verizon for stuff like when I registered my account or setup the online security questions. Any ideas?

To be clear, the outgoing messages on my Pantech Caper are sent/delivered, but when I reply from the the phone, the reply is not being delivered to my Pantech Caper.

Hi sottitron,
I apologize you're havings issues with not getting the text message replies on your device! Have you tried doing a soft reset on your phone by powering it off for a full minute and back on?
