Why has Verizon not gotten any of the Nokia Keyboards? ATT has them? Why don't they show up in accessories out of stock/on order to show they are working on it? Getting tired of waiting.

That's the keyboard they tried to sell me at the time I bought the tablet.

It doesn't protect the tablet, has no USB ports and no battery like the keyboard made by Nokia.

Interesting that today the keyboard showed up on the web site and I ordered one. Not sure why Verizon is so slow with getting these.

I've too have been looking for the advertised 'available' keyboard/cover... because of the availability of the 'standard USB'.  I was told at the Verizon store that I should go to Best Buy for the cover (not the advertised Nokia product) and for the 'mini-USB' and adapter....(it happens that a Best Buy is directly across the street from the Verizon store where I purchased this thing..... Best Buys response: "Why did they send you here???  We don't even carry this brand...."  I went back across the street to Verizon and told them they sent me on a 'goose-chase'.... the next suggestion, from Verizon staff, was to look at Amazon and/or E-Bay (for double/triple the advertised price, even from the Nokia site, of which they had neither the advertised keyboard nor the 'mini-USB' - 'unavailable at this time....')

Also have other issues with this device...   Mentioned this before and received a message from 'Customer Service' that I now can't find to express my continued frustration with this product, which I have had barely 6-months....

I purchased the 'universal keyboard' that the Verizon 'techs' installed, but will not let me use because of 'Metered Usage' and no 'admin rights'....I also cannot connect my "Bluetooth" capable printer, nor update apps that were already on this device at the time of purchase, because I don't have 'Administrative Rights'.

In my response to Customer Service, I stated that I would give the store(s) another go, but this has raised my frustration level to new heights!!!!  I have been to 4 different Verizon locations in the past month.  Of these, 2 had 'Techs' (which I went to, twice each, and upon being greeted was informed the wait was going to be OVER an hour at each location, each time - passed on that....I don't have the time to just 'hang-around'.  The other 2, due to the nature of my issues, referred me back to the same stores that were taking the hour+ to talk to a Tech.   So, back to the first stores to inquire about making an appointment or attending one of the workshops that the web-site advertises actually exists.... to which I was informed that they don't make individual appointments, nor do they conduct workshops.

I have had friends/colleagues comment that they like the 'look' of this device, but I have told every one of them to not bother with a Nokia.... not worth the frustration!!!
