Nokia 822

I just started using the Nokia Lumia 822, within two days it started to lock up and would not come out of the sleep mode. I had to reboot the phone by removing the battery and replacing it, three times now. What would cause this problem or am I doing something incorrectly?

Faulty phone, contact customer service or stop at a store and get a replacement.

The Nokia Lumia 822 has MANY issues!!!!  I have been dealing with IT for almost 2 months trying to get my Nokia to send texts and they tell me to do a work around by shutting the phone down and turn it back on, yeah like i want to do that every time!!!  I am getting no where with Verizon on this issue!!  This phone is garbage!!! And Verizon is no help!

You're better off calling Nokia Support, Phone us - Nokia - USA  VZW is clueless.
