Perhaps they can if that customer is within 14 days of purchasing that device.

Did not work for me. Verizon upped the price on the device to make room for the less capable Samsung... I also lost my new every too. Took a lot to get the credit back. They they lost my order, Twice... Did not give me the accessories that were required and gave me misinformation... I suppose since I only spend $500 a month, I'm not a big deal as a customer. Finally got everything right after 12 phone calls.
