Nokia Lumia 822 problems

Ann you were kind enough to help me before when I was sending blank posts.  I recently got a Nokia Lumia 822 and I can't find any useful support.  I would like to be able to use the led light that comes on the phone, but I can't find help for that anywhere.  I've wasted 2 whole days and I haven't figured out anything other than Verizon wants more of my money to use only their apps.  So aggravated.and I can't afford to waste anymore time that is yielding no results.  Maybe you have an idea for something I have yet to try,  It sure would be nice to just get that darn LED light to work.

I'm not sure what that has to do with Verizon apps, but have your tried to Google for an owners manual for your phone?

The Nokia Lumia is a Windows phone.  There is a space on the community for Window phone questions.  There are also a few sites on the web where you can get more information.  One I know of is www.wpcentral.com is a sister site to androidcentral.com
