I had just watched a video online, and suddenly at the end of the video, the phone's screen started displaying weird pixels and lines throughout and the phone is now completely unresponsive, except for the power and volume buttons. I've tried the hard reboot several times, but the phone just reboots with the abnormal-looking screen. It will not allow me to get past the lock screen. It will do nothing except allow me to power it of and turn the volume up and down.
I've had this phone for less than a month... bought it after reading the glowing reviews about it. I loved the phone up until this point. I should have just kept my "dumbphone" because this crap is really pissing me off. I don't want this piece of junk anymore, but of course it's too late to return it and exchange it for another brand.
