I can't download or update any apps on this phone. It wants to sign into my live account and says the password is invalid. I can sign into the same live account with computer and x box. Does anyone know why I have this problem? and how to fix? Verizon doesn't.

Sounds like an authentication error. My son has a Windows phone too and he had the same issues a few months ago. While he was able to login on out computer and the Xbox, he was not able to login on his phone. We did a hard reset http://vz.to/17MpAd9 and this took care of the issue for him. Give it a try and keep us posted.
