Any person who has EVER worked with Microsoft will tell...  NDA is always in favor for Microsoft.  Even their own ex-employees will tell you that.  Every deal has a NDA when working with large companies.

Tell me why does Verizon has to? I mean you guys believe Microsoft right?  I mean regardless of what they say you treat it as evidence that it is correct and Verizon is withholding the update.  So if it is fact why does it matter what Verizon says?  Just saying... it just seems everyone is looking for anything to blame the carrier on.

Microsoft finally admitted they were delayed and they failed testing.  None of you guys are not asking them how many times this has happened.  Like I said before this could have happened multiple times and MS will NEVER tell you.  This is the same thing that happens with Android devices.

Nice try, but I've already responded on another thread.  Microsoft gave Verizon the update on July 15th.  There was no "return" to Microsoft until the beginning of October.  That is FACT whether you want to believe it or not.  Since there has been a few back-and-forth exchanges with Microsoft because Verizon is being "knit-picky" with very minor details that could be fixed with the Denim update, but they are not "approving" it until they are fixed.  So, once again, the fault lies with Verizon for not "approving" the update.  You can't blame Microsoft for Verizon not approving the update.  Microsoft can't approve it, Verizon has to.

Go and ask them how many times has it happened.  Seems like you are protecting Microsoft and they can't do anything wrong.  Just saying... You say they are nitpicking, but you haven't even shown anything to show it is nitpicking.  Anything against the network isn't nitpicking.  You and I very well know people will moan and complain about network issues even if it is the device that is the problem.  Microsoft has not said what the problem is.  Like I said there's no transparency.  At least Motorola was transparent with the Motorola Cliq way back in the day.  They told their customers about the sharp delay driver issues.  You and I also know they could push Cyan, and if they do they'll get blamed for ANY adverse effects caused by the update.  You can find it all over the forums.  Shoot you want Windows Phone to be more like iOS when it comes to updating...  In that very section you'll find people blaming Verizon for an update they didn't push out...  Just saying...

You are scared to even get detail from Microsoft because then it may have a negative impact on your perception.  Anyway have a great day.

As I have stated in another post to both you and Elector, you don't know who I am, who I know, whom I've communicated with and what information I am privey to, so who are you to tell me what I know or can prove.  I don't need to prove anything.  As I stated previously, I'm not posting here for your approval, benefit or comment.  I post what I know to inform other Verizon customers because Verizon wont' do it themselves, and no, there is no "gag order" preventing Verizon from saying what Microsoft's Joe Belfiore has already stated.  As you and Elector, and even the tech support providers, have admitted multiple times, Verizon NEVER provides information regarding updates.  This isn't because of some "gag order," it's because it's Verizon policy.  Something within their power to change.  If customers are willing to leave your network because of this policy, then why wouldn't you want to change it?  It's just a very stupid move on Verizon's part.

Sure sure you da man, and you know everything.  You have all this information, and yet you are unwilling to share this information to show everyone which way to think, and assume everyone should think a certain way without showing factual evidence.  So show us this evidence, and I will change my stance.  Until then you are full of it.

Nice try man.  Fish much?  And I throw it right back at  you.   Where is your evidence that what I say isn't factual?  And notice I say "evidence" not "assumptions."

Then where is it? You say everyone should believe you and your information is the truth... Do you honestly expect people to believe an internet figure that is unknown and has no proof? At least Anonymous shows proof or brings the "proof" to light.

Exactly. You got hearsay with no actual proof. You got something from the Executive of Verizon like no one else has and you say you have a gag order to even say his name yet you already broke that gag order... So yah I don't believe you one bit.

Take care.

I told you build your own device and talk to Qualcomm about CDMA licensing. Also you can ask CyanogenMod team about CDMA and the hack they use to get the radio to work. Ask your supposed sources to get you the Qualcomm agreement when using CDMA.

Funny you say evidence... If you showed your evidence it should completely disprove mine and put everything to rest. You supposed to have all the evidence from Microsoft right? Verizon too right? Those are the only 2 companies involved right.

Still say you are full of it.

Your past behavior on whining over updates as I posted the link in the other thread proves you simply do not know of what you speak.

First you cried about not getting your android update, then you stated you were going to AT&T. This is posted proof you iniated. Not by me.

I called you on it and you told me finances stopped you from going to AT&T and now you own a windows phone and you again post how Verizon better give that update to you etc. I have noted Tidbits replied in that thread on the android update as well as this thread. The only difference between that thread and windows threads are you are claiming knowledge that all the other owners do not have. Yet that so called proprietary information you claim you have is totally unsubstantiated.

And you are using the same threats in these posts of you are going to leave if Verizon doesn't give first Cyan and now Denim or both before AT&T give it. Stop using the I am leaving card and just go to AT&T.

And you have no insider information because if you did, you would know when the update is coming out.

All your complaining has gotten you nothing. You didn't get it 5 months ago and you are not getting it now.
