When I try to start Backup Assistant (Plus?) to restore contacts saved from my old, dearly departed. Accolade it gives me error #305 for a few days now. So like what's up and more importantly how do we fix it?

Help is right here, front & center JBWms13088! Let's get your backup assistant working again. Are you able to view your contacts online via My Verizon? Have you tried canceling your Backup Assistant subscription, reboot the phone, & re-subscribed? If not then please do so & retest.

Yes, now that i am sitting at a computer with a real keyboard, I can see my contacts on MyVerizon.So how do I cancel my Backup Assistance subscription? And then reboot the phone? And...

JBWms13088, the great news is you don't have to cancel Backup Assistant. The VZW Cloud has taken it's place.
